Job summary

Westrock Coffee in Conway, AR is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the distribution center team, ensuring on-time and accurate order fulfillment, and supporting production with materials needed. You will manage inventory accuracy, oversee inbound and outbound shipments, train staff, and drive continuous process improvements while adhering to safety standards.

Strong ERP/WMS experience and leadership capability required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field OR 5 years of related experience.
• 2+ years in supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience with ERP systems Oracle or SAP.
• Experience with WMS such as RF Smart.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to train and develop staff.
• Safety and inventory controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate fulfillment of LTL/FTL orders per ship dates.
• Monitor labor, space, and equipment capacity.
• Coordinate inventory cycle counts and inbound receipt reviews.
• Train warehouse staff; ensure safe operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material flow to production.
• Communicate requirements to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
