The ideal candidate has ERP experience (Oracle/SAP), at least an associate degree or equivalent, and proven leadership in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a relevant field; or 5 years of professional experience.
• 2 years ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) and 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong communication, math, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to lead team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fulfillment of LTL and FTL orders per ship dates.
• Monitor labor, space, and equipment capacity as demand grows.
• Inform leadership of potential service issues and needs.
• Receive and review deliveries for QA and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinate inventory cycle counts for materials and finished goods.
• Put away inbound inventory into bin locations.
• Train warehouse staff on continuous process improvement.
• Troubleshoot inventory issues to avoid slowdowns.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization in the warehouse.
• Support production with packaging materials and processes.
• Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
