Storm Guardian Generators is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager in Alvin, TX to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and coordinate materials for installation and service teams.

The role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and experience with inventory systems and ERP software. You will manage receiving, stocking, shipping, and cycle counts while maintaining safety standards and optimizing processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with inventory management systems, ERP systems, or other warehouse software.
• Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and distribution of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure all inventory transactions are properly documented.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials for accuracy and damage, and verify quantities against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Coordinate the staging of generators, parts, materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming installation and service jobs.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify items that need to be reordered or replenished.
• Supervise and train warehouse employees as needed, including assigning daily responsibilities and monitoring performance.
