Job summary

SO2 Power is seeking an Operations Manager in Houston to lead daily fulfillment, warehouse, inventory control, and installation scheduling. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Supply Chain to scale processes and teams for storm-season surges while preserving reliability and value for customers.

You will drive KPIs, manage 3PL relations, and own the operations budget, delivering efficient, on-time service across Greater Houston.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fulfillment, warehouse, and distribution teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety requirements and ERP systems.
• Ability to publish and manage operations scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Lead two-shift fulfillment, receiving, and warehouse staff.
• Set KPIs for cycle time, on-time shipment, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage 3PL and carrier relationships and negotiate rates.
• Write and maintain SOPs for receiving, packing, and returns.
• Own the operations budget and seek cost reductions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success for installations in Houston
