Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations at our Texas sites, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely transactions in Epicor. This hands-on role focuses on safety, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination with Maintenance, Production and Procurement teams.

You will supervise warehouse staff, drive cycle counts, and maintain organized records while upholding SOX and ERP compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
5 years of direct warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience.
Experience with ERP/CMMS systems required.
Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain.
Strong attention to detail and a high sense of urgency.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Leads daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate, timely issuance of spare parts.
Create and continuously refine and improve warehouse processes that support efficient operations and accurate inventory.
Lead and teach by example, taking an active role in daily operations and warehouse improvement efforts.
Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries; ensure all materials are properly received and transacted in Epicor in a timely manner.
Organize warehouse, storage yards, and laydown areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, ease of access, and accurate counts.
Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual physical inventories with a target parts accuracy of 96% or higher.
Ensure on hand balances in Epicor accurately reflect physical inventory.
Assist with auditing open purchase orders and following up on outstanding deliveries.
