Job summary

A1 Garage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the daily warehouse operations in Houston, ensuring efficient inventory flow, accurate forecasting, and high service levels across locations.

The role requires 5+ years in warehouse environments and 2+ years in leadership, with strong skills in inventory management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in ServiceTitan and MS Office is preferred. Forklift certification and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments.
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory management (FIFO, cycle counts, replenishment).

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inspection, and documentation of all inbound inventory.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance.
• Manage delivery coordination.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles.
• Manage inventory in this market and allocate/distribute based on demand trends.
• Coordinate inter-branch transfers to maintain service levels.
• Prevent stockouts and excess inventory through proactive management.
• Lead cycle counts, audits, and scheduled physical inventories.
• Partner with supply chain, operations, and branch leadership to support ordering and scheduling.
