Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct the warehousing operation, oversee inbound receipt, storage, inventory management, and outbound order activities while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires leadership of a team, experience with ERP/WMS systems (LN ERP preferred), and the ability to implement SOPs, 5S principles, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related factory experience and/or training.
• Good command of English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, preferably LN ERP.
• Intermediate MS Office software skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct workforce planning, staffing allocation and onboarding training.
• Ensure documentation for inbound/outbound transactions and chain-of-custody records.
• Oversee ERP transactions using handheld/mobile devices and train team for discipline.
• Prepare reports and provide analysis of warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and KPI performance across locations.
• Implement SOPs, 5S standards and visual workplace tools.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
