You will organize workloads, supervise material handling, and ensure accuracy, quality, and safe, compliant processes while coordinating with teams and improving inventory control.

The role requires a 2 year degree or equivalent, 2+ years in warehouse operations, and 1+ year in a leadership capacity, with strong communication skills and proficiency

Qualifications

• 2 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years in warehouse operations.
• 1+ year in a leadership/mentor role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule department workload for efficient material processing and accurate distribution.
• Review discrepancy reports and coordinate corrective actions.
• Define and implement departmental policies and procedures.
• Support discrepant/obsolete material processing and removal from production floor.
• Direct or support cycle count and inventory validation.
• Resolve issues with BAAN ERP models for warehousing and inventory control.
• Provide regular status updates to management.
• Maintain compliance with Equal Opportunity and other company policies.
