Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse environment
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required
• Available for travel up to 25% of the time, including day, overnight and international as required

Responsibilities

• Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by coordinating policies and procedures
• Adhere to federal, state and local warehousing and shipping requirements and advise management
• Safeguard warehouse operations by monitoring security procedures
• Plan and implement layouts, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs
• Prepare annual budgets, analyze variances and recommend actions
• Schedule and assign staff and follow up on results
• Mentor and train warehouse staff and monitor performance
• Drive solutions to complex planning issues with limited supervision
• Lead continuous improvement activities with documentation and reviews
• Ensure quality of work to meet customer satisfaction
