Job summary

Benchmark Electronics in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to organize and oversee warehousing personnel and systems, directing daily operations and material handling from receipt to final destination.

You will review discrepancy reports, help implement policies, and support continuous improvement while ensuring timely inventory accuracy and strong customer focus. Strong leadership and BAAN ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership/mentor role.
• Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule the department workload to provide an accurate and efficient method for processing materials from receipt to destination; supervise handling, checking, and distribution of materials.
• Review problems and discrepancy reports and take corrective actions or contact the appropriate personnel.
• Contribute to defining and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
• Support discrepant/excess/obsolete material processing to ensure timely removal from production floor or warehouse.
• Direct or conduct cycle count program for assets or assist in periodic physical inventory of production materials.
• Resolve issues with BAAN ERP models for Warehousing and Inventory Control.
• Regularly inform management of the status of all work activities.
• All employees must ensure quality of work to meet customer satisfaction.
