Benchmark Electronics Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Supervisor in Winona, MN. The role oversees warehousing personnel and systems, organizing workload and inventory control to ensure accurate processing of materials from receipt to distribution.

Ideal candidates have a 2 year degree or equivalent, with 2+ years in warehouse operations and at least 1 year of leadership experience. Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required in a safety-sensitive environment.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership/mentor role.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule the department workload to provide an accurate and efficient method for processing materials from receipt to destination.
• Review discrepancy reports and take corrective actions or escalate as needed.
• Contribute to defining and implementing departmental policies and procedures.
• Support discrepant/excess/obsolete material processing for timely removal from production or warehouse.
• Direct or assist in cycle counts and periodic physical inventory.
