Job summary

WORLDPAC is seeking a Receiving Supervisor to lead daily inbound receiving operations in our Distribution Center. You will oversee unloading, processing, inspection, and staging of inbound shipments and manage a team of associates and equipment operators.

Collaborate with Inventory Control and other DC leaders to ensure inventory accuracy and customer service. You will report to the Inbound Ops Manager, DC Operations, and drive continuous improvement, safety, and efficiency while maintaining

Qualifications

2+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or receiving.
Experience using AS/400 or similar WMS and MS Office.
Experience using AI tools for reporting, labor planning, and data analysis.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Ability to interpret data and drive results with good problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily receiving operations to ensure accurate unloading, processing, and staging.
Lead, coach, and develop receiving associates and equipment operators.
Ensure inbound product is received, counted, and routed to correct locations.
Coordinate dock activities and labor to support inbound schedules.
Oversee inventory staging on carts, totes, pallets, and locations.
Monitor productivity, quality, and service metrics; take corrective action.
