ADP, Inc. in Carlstadt, NJ seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse and distribution activities, drive OTIF performance, and manage costs. You will work with a Location General Manager to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will supervise staff, oversee fleet operations, and champion LEAN improvements while coordinating across operations, sales, and customer service to optimize service delivery and efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership in operations, logistics, or distribution.
• Experience supervising teams in fast-paced distribution or warehouse environments.
• Fleet management experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT compliance and safety regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems, WMS, and operational reporting tools.
• Exposure to LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Ensure achievement of 98% OTIF delivery performance and location service standards.
• Drive process discipline and adherence to company policies, procedures, and KPIs.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels, minimize shrinkage, and maintain cycle counts.
• Strategically oversee fleet and dedicated delivery operations.
• Partner with the Location General Manager to support profitability and efficiency.
• Assist in developing and managing operating budgets.
• Monitor operating expenses and evaluate capital expenditures with ROI analysis.
• Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives; supervise staff.
• Ensure proper staffing and a culture of accountability and safety.
• Promote engagement and LEAN continuous improvement across functions.
