Job summary

Performance Foodservice seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor responsible for directing all warehouse functions, including shipping, receiving, and flow of product. You will supervise staff, ensure accurate inventories, and coordinate with transportation to keep deliveries timely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4–6 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and safety.

Responsibilities

• Directs staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate with Transportation Manager to optimize throughput and deliveries.
• Review stock status and coordinate with inventory staff to ensure adequate counts.
• Coordinate with inventory staff to handle obsolete stock and returns.
• Ensure building/equipment maintenance through supervision of maintenance staff.
• Notify Customer Service and Operations Manager about shortages and substitutions.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs across the department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
