Job summary

CandyCo LLC in Springville, Utah seeks a Material Handler Lead to supervise warehouse staff, coordinate loaders and forklift drivers, and ensure accurate, safe receiving, shipping, and material movements in GMP-compliant operations.

You will work 7am–3pm, train staff, enforce GMP, FIFO, holds and expiry controls, and collaborate with Production, QA, Logistics to execute programs while maintaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Lead experience directing warehouse activities (min 2 years).
• 3+ years forklift experience with an excellent safety record.
• Proficient with Stand Up Reach Truck operation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• SAP/ROSS/PLEX or similar ERP experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of workers, loaders, and forklift drivers.
• Oversee loading/unloading of trucks, GMP compliant and safe.
• Collaborate with Production, QA, Logistics to execute programs.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff.
• Enforce GMP, FIFO, HOLDS, and Expiry controls; maintain processes.
