Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a lead warehouse role.
• 3+ years forklift experience with a strong safety record.
• Proficient with Stand Up Reach Truck.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated with high integrity and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• ERP experience SAP/ROSS/PLEX or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of workers, loaders, and forklift drivers.
• Supervise loading/unloading of trucks safely and GMP compliant.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Logistics for planned programs.
• Train and supervise warehouse staff.
• Enforce GMP, FIFO, holds, and material expiry procedures.
• Maintain and improve warehouse processes and safety culture.
