Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience.
• Operates material handling equipment to move stock or reorganize storage.
• Ability to work under deadlines with organizational skills and initiative.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Comfortable using basic warehouse systems, tools, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and store raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related equipment safely.
• Label and document material movement per inventory control procedures.
• Conduct equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
• Follow daily instructions and adjust to changing production or warehouse priorities.
• Participate in preshift meetings and team huddles.
• Model safe behavior and follow all safety protocols, including PPE use.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.
