Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in distribution, manufacturing, or retail environment (or 5 years equivalent progressive experience).
• Onsite and in-office role.
• Strong attendance and team orientation.
• 6 months forklift experience.
• 12 months experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, and lead a team of associates to meet productivity goals.

• Track productivity and coordinate team assignments to meet deadlines.
