Job summary

Insulation Distributors, Inc. (IDI) is seeking a Warehouse Lead to assist DC management in efficiently executing warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, customer deliveries, inventory maintenance, and workforce training.

The role involves hands-on leadership, equipment operation, safety compliance, and providing exceptional customer service while supporting the Distribution Center Manager. This full-time position requires 2–4+ years of warehouse experience and forklift experience

Qualifications

• Operate material handling equipment including a forklift, pallet jack, and shrink wrapper.
• Identify product numbers and alpha/numeric codes.
• Must meet physical requirements of the job.
• Use/learn computer order entry and inventory systems.
• Achieve set goals in a timely manner.
• Ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Assist DC management in efficiently executing warehouse operations.
• Fulfill orders and support customer deliveries.
• Maintain inventory and assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Train warehouse personnel and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support the DC Manager.
