Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage in Dallas, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations within our manufacturing facility. You will manage inventory, coordinate with production, supervise staff, and ensure safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in warehouse operations, 4+ years in a supervisory role, and experience with ERP/WMS and forklift operations. This on-site leadership role offers growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
4+ years in a supervisor role.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management principles.
Proficient with ERP/WMS systems and forklift operations.
Forklift certification highly desired.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations within the manufacturing facility.
Lead, train, and motivate staff; schedule tasks and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with policies and OSHA safety standards.
Manage material flow from receipt to shipment and coordinate with production.
Maintain accurate inventory in ERP/WMS; conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain a safe, organized work environment and manage equipment.
Coordinate with internal departments and external freight partners; schedule shipments.
Track warehouse performance metrics and drive process improvements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
