Job summary

Adams Thermal Systems Mexico is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will supervise and coordinate activities including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods, while ensuring safety and productivity standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of warehouse experience, including 2-4 years in supervision, and a degree in Logistics or a related field.

Your role will involve leading the warehouse team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2-4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
• Forklift or material handling equipment certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics.
• Enforce health, safety, and security procedures.
