Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Houston to optimize efficiency, space and workflow while ensuring inventory accuracy. You will oversee receiving, storage, shipping, material handling and staff development within a safety-focused operation.

The role requires a 4-year degree and at least four years in warehouse leadership, with strong planning, communication and MS Office skills. A blend of analytics and ERP experience is a plus for advancing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years related experience, 3 in supervision.
• Experience with Data Analytics, Warehouse Management or ERP Systems is a plus.
• Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational budgets and control labor costs.
• Track and evaluate KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, mentor and motivate direct reports for peak performance.
• Plan and direct warehouse activities prioritizing safe, efficient operations.
• Collaborate with industrial engineering and management on productivity/quality standards.
• Set goals for employees and foster a safety culture with zero incidents.
• Conduct 5S audits and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO standards awareness and policy adherence.
• Drive process improvements across the warehouse.
• Ensure equipment is safe, maintained and reliable.
• Provide training and develop long-term training strategies.
• Compile, distribute and act on warehouse metrics.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory as required.
• Complete all required training and other assigned duties.
