Job summary

RRD Company in Houston seeks a Warehouse Manager responsible for efficiency, space optimization, and inventory accuracy. You will oversee receiving, storage, shipping, material handling, inventory control, staff supervision, and team development.

You will manage budgets and labor costs, track KPIs, ensure OSHA compliance, lead a safety culture, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining ISO standards and meeting customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience, 3 in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and control labor costs.
• Track KPIs to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to high performance.
• Plan and direct warehouse activities for safe, efficient operations and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with industrial engineering and management to set productivity and quality standards.
• Set goals and motivate warehouse staff.
• Develop a safety culture with zero incidents.
• Conduct 5S audits and address actions promptly.
• Ensure understanding of customer and quality requirements.
• Set quality direction to meet customer needs cost-effectively.
• Maintain ISO standards awareness and implement policies.
• Ensure corrective actions are effective, including audits.
• Lead process improvements in the warehouse.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
• Provide training and a long-term training strategy.
• Compile and act on warehouse metrics.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventories as required.
• Participate in required training seminars.
