Kurt J. Lesker Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead PED warehouse operations, supervise and develop a team, and ensure efficient picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes. You will oversee cycle counts, material control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet schedules.

The role emphasizes safety, 6S, coaching, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with on-site facilities.

Formación

• 3-5 years of warehousing experience.
• Strong knowledge of modern warehousing practices.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to maintain long-term business relationships.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Prior supply chain experience.
• Lift up to 60 lbs unassisted; assistance for heavier items.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure efficient daily operations and material flow.
• Support daily operations and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promptly address safety concerns.
• Implement and monitor performance management measures.
• Oversee storage and movement of materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with key teams to meet project schedules.
• Provide backup support for warehouse positions as a working supervisor.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and 6S standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, HR requirements, and safety standards.
