Job summary

Skydance is seeking an Assistant Manager, Warehouse Operations to oversee the North America Distribution Center. You’ll direct Leads and Associates in ecommerce fulfillment, inventory operations, or logistics, balancing service, accuracy, and productivity in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will partner with Inventory, Logistics, Ecommerce Fulfillment, and Customer Services to ensure seamless product flow from receipt to delivery, while driving continuous improvement and safety

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in ecommerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, distribution, or related roles.
• Experience leading or supervising warehouse, fulfillment, or operational teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with order fulfillment processes (picking, packing, shipping, returns) and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead leads and associates within the assigned area to meet productivity, accuracy, service levels and safety standards.
• Manage labor deployment, schedules and workload prioritization across functions.
• Track and analyze performance metrics and trends relevant to the area.
• Ensure transactions and activities are accurately recorded in WMS and other systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and customer experience.
