Job summary

FIDELITONE is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to plan, organize, and monitor daily warehouse activities across receiving, replenishment, and outbound shipments. You’ll coordinate with supervisors to implement schedules, coach staff, and ensure safety and adherence to SLAs.

The role requires strong leadership and communication, plus experience with inventory control and payroll processes. You will work with warehouse teams to optimize performance and maintain a clean, safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach staff on performance and safety practices.
• Conduct performance evaluations and document results as required.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping, payroll input, and attendance records.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and space utilization; assist in cycle counts.
