Job summary

Actylis is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient handling from receiving through shipping. You will partner with Production, Quality, Customer Service, Procurement, and Logistics to maintain inventory accuracy and OTIF performance.

This role requires leadership, strong inventory management, and extensive ERP experience in a GMP-conscious manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems; Sage ERP a plus.
• Experience in GMP, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or other regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, material staging, picking, shipping, and inventory control.
• Manage, coach, develop, and hold warehouse employees accountable for safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and performance expectations.
• Plan staffing and workload to support production schedules, inbound receipts, customer shipments, and changing business priorities.
• Ensure raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory are properly received, labeled, stored, staged, and transferred.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the company's ERP and warehouse systems.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies, transaction errors, shortages, and other inventory issues.
• Establish and maintain cycle-counting processes and support physical inventory activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Customer Service, Logistics, and Procurement to support OTIF and timely shipments.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with GMP and safety standards; maintain lot control and traceability.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training documentation; conduct performance reviews and employee development.
