Cardinal Health in East Hartford, CT is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the warehouse supervisor and drive efficient operations on the floor. You will guide staff, coordinate inbound/outbound activities, and help schedule shipments while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This role requires 4+ years of warehousing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate PIT forklifts.

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in warehousing or logistics.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.
• Willingness to operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and access heights up to 25 feet.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and meet performance standards.

Mansioni

• Support inbound or outbound management of the warehouse floor.
• Direct warehouse staff and coordinate workloads.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating inbound shipments and deliveries.
• Produce reports on workforce productivity and quality.
• Communicate with customers about disruptions and delivery timeframes.
