Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work under stress.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• MHE experience or willingness to learn MHE.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under supervision.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking, and loading processes.
• Direct work assignments to warehouse staff.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift duties.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and accurate inventory records.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, and staging for deliveries.
