Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
• Good visual acuity to inspect shipments.
• Ability to input data to create a daily inventory report.
• Accuracy in recordkeeping and sorting, checking, counting and verifying items received.
• Strong time management, organizational, planning and self-motivation skills.
• MHE experience or desire to learn MHE.
• Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals.
• Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Directs work assignments to employees.
• Provide daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Brainstorm and suggest process improvements to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Report problems and assist in solutions with management.
• Ensure efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and WIs.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and accurate labeling; assist in staging orders.
• Ensure product is stored safely and properly; assist in security.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
