Job summary

NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor. The role emphasizes directing assignments and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in all processes.

The candidate will oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and loading, while training staff and maintaining inventory accuracy. Strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage changing priorities under stress.
• Attention to detail in data and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, and loading processes.
• Direct work assignments to warehouse staff.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Suggest process improvements to supervisor.
• Communicate with internal and external partners.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and daily reports.
