Job summary

Wesco in Memphis, Tennessee seeks a dynamic Supervisor - Operations to oversee multiple warehouse functions including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping. You will lead and coach associates, ensuring safety, productivity, and quality while maintaining accurate records and compliance with company policies.

You will develop processes, monitor performance metrics, and support training initiatives to continuously improve warehouse operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated time management and attention to detail.
• Experience leading warehouse associates is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work assignments to meet inbound and outbound service requirements.
• Direct achievement of performance objectives related to productivity, quality, service and safety.
• Monitor workflow, errors, and related metrics and take corrective action.
• Ensure procedures are observed and enforced.
• Maintain time, attendance and performance records; manage employee relations.
• Develop and document warehouse processes and training programs.
