Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse Operations, to lead a dedicated team in our warehouse. You will guide daily activities, ensure accurate orders and shipments, and maintain strong customer relations while driving efficiency and profitability.

The role requires 2–5 years in logistics with supervisory experience, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and eligibility to work in the U.S. On-site work with multiple operational duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2–5 years of experience in transportation or warehousing.
• 1–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience; 2–5 years preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass pre-employment drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations for assigned Estes Forwarding Worldwide team.
• Lead, direct, and manage operations to ensure high service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain profitable, cost-efficient operations and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with customers and carriers for deliveries and shipments.
• Interface with warehouse team for timely processing of orders and receipts.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead team meetings to set priorities.
• Direct traffic, assign resources, and manage daily workflows.
• Develop onboarding procedures for new customer accounts and maintain KPIs.
