Job summary

Estes Forwarding Worldwide is seeking a Team Lead, Warehousing to guide dock personnel and assist supervisors in daily warehouse operations. You will help ensure accurate, on-time shipments and maintain records across freight movement and storage tasks.

The role requires a high school diploma with 1–3 years in warehousing or transportation. Forklift certification is preferred; teamwork, safety, and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma and 1–3 years of warehousing or transportation experience.
• Experience supervising or leading dock personnel is a plus.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks and read instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee movement of freight, stock, or materials to and from storage areas and docks.
• Read work orders or receive instructions to determine work assignments.
• Understand and carry out instructions on manifests and shipping documents.
• Control and maintain records for on-time shipments and accuracy.
• Work in a team environment and delegate tasks to dock staff.
• Ensure safety programs are implemented and maintained.
