The role requires 4+ years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with WMS and data tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or 3PL with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills for multiple teams.
• Proven ability to drive safety, productivity, and quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, inventory, value-added services, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring service and quality goals.
• Coach and develop supervisors, leads, and associates to foster safety and accountability.
• Monitor performance metrics, labor utilization, and customer service levels; implement proactive improvements.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to address challenges and support growth.
• Plan workforce, staffing strategies, and labor management to optimize productivity and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse performance.
