McKesson is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and distribution center operations, ensuring safe, accurate, and on-time processing and shipping. You will supervise a team, develop staffing plans, monitor metrics, and drive improvements while maintaining a strong safety culture.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse or supply chain operations with leadership experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a supervisor, lead, or team leadership role.
• Experience managing employee performance, productivity, and workflow.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
