Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in operations.
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience managing, leading, and developing staff.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent business communication, written and verbal.
• Industry experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution.
• Skilled in interviewing, coaching, evaluation, and discipline.
• Focus on quality and process improvement.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and make strong decisions.
• Demonstrated employee engagement and reliability.
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and directing warehouse operations.
• Maintain morale and work standards across the team.
• Train and manage staff; monitor performance.
• Control expenses in line with budget.
• Support employee retention and reduce overtime.
• Maintain housekeeping and equipment standards.
• Direct night shift warehouse activities and labor planning.
• Ensure daily LMS productivity is reviewed and coached.
• Communicate clearly with internal/external partners.
• Direct Bulk team and supervise Replenishment tasks.
