Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a supervisor, lead, or team leadership role
• Experience managing employee performance, productivity, and workflow
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shift

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations to meet productivity, quality, and service goals
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates
• Create daily work plans and adjust staffing based on operational needs
• Monitor performance metrics, including productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Investigate and resolve operational issues, inventory discrepancies, and service concerns
• Partner with inventory, transportation, quality, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Conduct team meetings, communicate goals, and provide performance feedback
• Maintain operational records, staffing reports, and performance documentation
• Support warehouse management system (WMS) processes and operational reporting
• Promote a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment
