Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, training, and performance management of employees.
• Monitor operations, resolve issues, and adjust priorities in real time.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
