The Operations Supervisor leads daily warehouse and distribution center operations, ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped safely, accurately, and on time. This role supervises a team of associates, drives productivity, and supports a culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. What You Will Do

Basic Requirements

• Typically requires 3+ years of subject matter experience including exhibiting leadership capabilities
• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a supervisor, lead, or team leadership role
• Experience managing employee performance, productivity, and workflow
• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Preferred Skills / Experience

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical supply, or regulated distribution environments
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse best practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Work Environment

On-site role in a fast-paced distribution center.

• Monday - Friday, 3:00 AM - 12:30 PM
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the facility
• Collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence
• Overtime and schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs
• Leadership role supporting warehouse operations and customer service objectives
