Job summary

Keefe Group is hiring an Operations Lead to coordinate all commissary shipments and tasks at our Edison warehouse. This on-site role reports to the operations manager and requires ensuring orders ship within the ERP system and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience, familiarity with inventory and computers, and the ability to lead teams across levels. Forklift experience and a focus on safety are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year supervisory experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Order filling experience preferred.
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to work well with people at all levels in and out of Freight Department and facility.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Familiarity with computers including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all commissary shipments, orders and tasks at the Edison warehouse facility.
• Work onsite in the warehouse and report to the operations manager.
• Keep management updated on team performance.
• Communicate goals, safety practices, and deadlines to the team.
• Resolve customer and carrier complaints within 24 hours.
• Maintain brand standards in spaces and materials.
• Oversee daily order processing and ERP accuracy.
• Audit high security items weekly and forward findings to Manager.
