Job summary

Keefe Group, LLC, a TKC Holdings division, is hiring for an operations role in a warehouse setting in Edison, NJ. The position runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, and involves inbound receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping to clients.

This full-time role includes cross-training across distribution departments, potential overtime, and benefits starting from day one. DailyPay is offered for immediate access to earned wages, with weekly pay every Thursday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and become forklift certified.
• Familiarity with computers and MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders in commissary team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders with forklifts and MHE.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory and perform counts to ensure accuracy.
• Use WMS systems and devices to deliver orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.
