Casa de Fruta is seeking an Assistant Manager of Warehouse Operations to help oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, packaging, and fulfillment of online orders.

You will lead packaging and inventory processes, train staff, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries. A background in e-commerce fulfillment and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 3+ years in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience with e-commerce or online order fulfillment strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with hands-on physical work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations including packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory flow.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation meet company standards.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipping and receiving activities.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments for timely deliveries.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and train team members on procedures.
• Assist with inventory tracking, counts, and reconciliation.
