Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Eastvale, CA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including sorting and dispatching, staff management, and coordination with delivery partners.

You will lead automated sorting machinery, monitor performance metrics, ensure safety and SOP compliance, and produce regular reports for senior management. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or last-mile logistics operations.
• Experience leading large operational teams and staffing agencies.
• Hands-on with automated sorting machines and equipment.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sorting and dispatching processes and staff supervision.
• Coordinate with linehaul, dispatch and last-mile delivery teams.
• Ensure safety, SOPs, scanning rules and parcel-handling standards.
• Produce daily/weekly/monthly operational reports and KPIs.
• Monitor throughput, accuracy, downtime and SLA adherence.
• Forecast labor needs and manage onboarding/training of workers.
