Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and customer service. You will assist with stock levels, safety procedures and equipment maintenance in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, English proficiency, and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with opportunities for overtime and growth within Helena.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds (location dependent).
• Mechanically inclined and able to perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Strong math and reading skills for inventory and records.
• Must read, write and speak English; Spanish helpful.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required to drive Helena vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general warehouse appearance and organize inventory.
• Keep inventory numbers accurate to minimize loss.
• Assist Warehouse Manager with low stock alerts and safe disposal of damaged inventory.
• Maintain forklift maintenance and service schedule.
• Assist with vehicle mileage tracking and service; may drive company vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Attend to other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
