Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shipping operations, including order selection, scanning, and loading.
• Ensure on-time and accurate order fulfillment for customer deliveries.
• Analyze shipment logs and timelines to improve outbound scheduling.
• Track KPIs such as order accuracy, shipping timeliness, and dock utilization.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff assigned to shipping functions.
• Maintain a clean and safe outbound area.
