Job summary

Quest Oracle Community is seeking a Warehouse Lead to plan daily priorities with the Warehouse Supervisor and direct a team to meet objectives while maintaining service standards for distribution centers, customers, and suppliers.

You will coordinate with Supervisors to manage workload, guide employees, resolve issues, and contribute to safety initiatives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years’ warehouse experience with Import/Export receiving and shipping and inventory control.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Determine daily/weekly/monthly workload in collaboration with Supervisors.
• Direct team to meet daily objectives and provide support.
• Handle exceptions and problem resolution with leadership.
• Perform warehouse tasks: unloading/loading, put away, receiving, selecting products.
• Communicate issues to Supervisor and train new staff as needed.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency in duties; support safety initiatives.
