Job summary

Gustave A Larson Company is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Roseville, MN to lead daily warehouse operations at the MN/DAK Distribution Center. You will guide 4–5 staff, coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and transfers, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely service to branches.

The role requires strong leadership, inventory control, and safety compliance. You will partner with the Distribution Center Manager to meet distribution needs and maintain high customer service

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead small teams in a warehousing environment.
• Experience coaching and developing warehouse staff.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and cycle counts.
• Knowledge of safety policies and OSHA-related practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations at the MN/DAK Distribution Center.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, staging, shipping, transfers, and returns.
• Plan daily work, assign priorities, and communicate expectations.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and address issues timely.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment for branches and customers.
