Job summary

Better Being Co. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team in our Ogden, Utah facility. You will supervise staff, manage inventory processes, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, forklift certification, and strong communication skills. You will coordinate with shifts, monitor production, and drive efficiency improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Must have forklift certification and be able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, and ratios to practical scenarios.
• Knowledge of milling processes, forklifts, scales, and related equipment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs warehouse personnel per policies and procedures.
• Estimates worker-hour requirements and studies receiving schedules.
• Interprets job orders and maintains knowledge of inventory processes.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintains production records and improves warehousing methods.
