Job summary

Ya Ya Foods USA LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Ogden, UT. This full-time role oversees the warehouse team, yard operations and vehicle activity while ensuring accurate inventory, proper paperwork, and timely dispatch of goods.

The candidate will manage equipment upkeep, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and enforce safety and GMP standards. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing, forklift certification, and strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory role, supervising 4+ employees.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Food/beverage manufacturing experience preferred.
• Valid forklift license is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Strong organizational, analytical and time-management abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse team and provide support as needed.
• Oversee yard, warehouse, and all vehicle operations.
• Provide inventory management in the company’s best interests.
• Oversee daily and monthly inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and required paperwork.
• Assist loading and dispatching of customer applicators.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment.
• Determine storage locations for incoming products.
• Oversee receiving, shipping and storing inventory.
• Ensure parts are in stock and inventory is accurate.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse environment.
• Enforce health, safety, environmental, and GMP policies.
